Mobile navigation button not working, does not expand the menu

Hi, not sure if this is a bug or if I’m just missing something obvious.

I have buit a website with a vertical nav, and I seem to have issues with the nav button. It does not open the menu, and there seem to be no options to manipulate so unsure how this can be fixed.
