Mobile menu css issue

So on mobile when I press to open my menu the menu appears towards the bottom of the page. I cannot figure out what its doing this from the designer. In the css its showing top:100% which is causing the problem.

Here is the css code with the problem.

position: absolute;
overflow: hidden;
display: none;
top: 100%;
left: 0;
right: 0;
width: 100%;
