Lottie animation disappears when hovering over div block

As seen in the video the Lottie animation seems to disappear when hovering over Div Block 65. The Lottie animation is set to play when hovering over a div block (Div Block 64) containing the animation and Div Block 65.

The weird thing is, for all the other animations and div blocks it seems to work.

MacOs Catalina 10.15.2 and Chrome Version 79.0.3945.117

Try removing children perspective from Div Block 64 and see if that helps.
