Log in and password reset for new account not working

I’ve created a new Webflow account for a client, but immediately after creating the account, we can’t access it.

When trying to log in, this is the error:
“Invalid email and password combination”

Then I tried to reset the password, thinking I made a typo, but I can’t reset the password.
This is the (not very specific) error:
“Oops, something went wrong. Please try again.”

I’ve tried multiple times, with no success.
Is this an error on Webflow’s side?
Anyone else experiencing this?
