Links in component footer not working

Hi everyone

I think i’ve been staring at this too long and Im really not sure what’s wrong. It seams so simple.

Here we go: I made a footer with links to my email and social accounts. But for some reason the links dont seem to be working. That’s it. I’ve tried giving them the same class name, different class names. And for some reason the link blocks dont even register. Please help!

Your .footer has a z-index of -7.

This is a pecularity of Webflow- some settings can be changed and then made inaccessible by changing another setting.

In this case, edit your Footer component, select the outer Footer section element, then change the position to absolute. You’ll make the z-index setting appear and you’ll see the -7 setting. Reset that.

I thought I had checked that. But I guess not. I was seriously banging my head against the monitor for an hour. I knew it was an easy fix.
