Link to a section on a page not working

I’m trying to link from one page to a section on another. I’ve tried naming a text block in the ID name area and I’ve done the same with that section, but when I try linking to that section, I don’t have either option to link to. (the section I’m trying to link to is on the ‘Jubilee website’ page, text block that says ‘Google Ads Digital Ads Campaign’ and I’m trying to link from the bottom image on the ‘work samples’ page with the little boy.

From one page to another you should use “url” feild (type the url).

Example from current-page to another-page:
/another-page#section-name
