Link to a section on a different page scrolls below the heading of the section

Hi,

I am trying to link to a section on a different page and have managed to use the ID to set it up. However, when I click on the link it redirects to the page but it scrolls down below the top of the section I linked to. Is there a way to offset the scrolling?
