For some reason my link blocks on the “timeline-right” container are not working.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check z-index of .timeline class
Basically there is some layer sitting on top of that link – that why we are not able to click that link 
Make changes accordingly

Thank you for letting me know about z-index settings.
I changed z-index as below.
“link block14” has higher z-index than “Div block8” and “timeline-text”. But it didn’t work.
If possible, could you please tell me step by step how to change the settings to make the URLs work?
It’s easy – I think you will need to rethink a little about middle timeline bar
Please understand how does z-index works
if the z-index of “.timeline” is set to -3 – whatever you set to its children element which is “.timeline-right” won’t be affected
