Link block not working on tablet/mobile view

Hello,

For my website I am having trouble getting the link blocks to work for the tablet and mobile views. It seems to work fine on the desktop. Please let me know if you can help with this and what I may be doing wrong. Below is the read only link to my project. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
