I have created a modal which has a jotform inside so when someone wants to upload a file to us, they need to enter an access code that I give them. It’s working great on Safari but the modal shows a blank white box in Chrome & Firefox. My site is www.pdqlitho.com, then go to customer portal, upload a file button.
Ok, well before I tried that, you gave me an idea.
Jotform provides several different code snippets, I usually just do iframe because it’s what I’m most familiar with. So I tried their embed code and that works. I only got it into the first box, the customer login area, which uses the same form as the upload a file button but it works!
I didn’t think there would be a difference in the types of code so this was a great lesson.
I sure appreciate your quick response and all your help!
That snippet may have been the one causing issues for you in the browser, but you may not need to add it back in. That’s why I was suggesting you test the iframe to ensure it works as you desire, and if it does, there’s no need for the <script> snippet of code!
