Hi,
I’ve attempted to embed the disqus comment tool into my page template for a collection. However, the disqus widget only shows up on one page, not both of my current pages from the collection. See bottom of each page:

That will help to look at the embed code being used in the embed.
Sometimes if too many requests are made to a third party service, some of the embeds will not show. In this case, it might be possible to load the disqus code once in the head of the page or in the footer, and then just the code needed to instantiate the embed in the the dynamic list.
