I want to auto-rotate the tabs. It seems like we need to implement JS to make this work.
I added JS which I found from random google search. Can someone look at the script and check why it is not working.

hi @Sarthak_Jain all I can do is just give you a hint about where you can start. You need to understand the difference between setTimeout and setInterval. There are many articles or videos about this topic or feel free to study several sliders I have in my profile. They are a bit more complex but you can get an idea of how things work.
We dealt with this issue in a project and wrote a script that allows you to easily make your tabs auto-rotate.
