Hi all,

Is there a way to add alternate attributes to iframes in rich text elements within a CMS?

I am working on maintaining the best accessibility for our clients and I have come across an iframe title error. I want to add this alt attribute to my iframe videos. The problem is that these videos are inside a rich text element within a CMS collection. Due to the nature of keeping these projects maintainable and customisable for our clients, using a code embed isn’t really a viable option.

Any ideas?

Hey Siva,

Can you provide a read-only link and live link of where you are seeing this title error? There may be a way to use a small amount of Jquery to add a title attribute to any videos that are added to the page, but it would help to see it in the context of the page in order to best advise you.

I have since solved this issue with JavaScript. However perhaps it could be something Webflow could implement. The screenshot below shows an easy way to add an image alt tag. Having this feature for video title attributes would be extremely useful.
