Is it possible to add a collection list item using Webflow CMS API?

Hello everyone, I am working on an app for Webflow and wanted to know if it is possible to add a collection list to a project using the Webflow CMS API?

Please throw some light for me into this

No, you cannot add a collection list, only collection items. Collection lists have to be manually created in the CMS editor section of the Webflow designer.
