Interaction performance on Chrome iOS

Hello flow gurus!

I have developed a somewhat complex “While scrolling in view” interaction, and it’s appearing quite chuggy on Chrome iOS, though it’s perfectly smooth on Safari iOS and Chrome Desktop.

After a bit of research I found this topic with @vincent 's reply: CSS iPhone - Choppy Scrolling in Chrome

I am certainly mixing z-index and 3D transforms. Just trying to narrow it down and see if that might be the cause, or if anyone else can suggest why it might be so slow on Chrome iOS.
