Integrating Swiper for Slider Images

I am trying to integrate the Swiper script into my website to create a slider gallery that swipes on desktop as well as mobile. I am not sure how to integrate the CDN files and name the classes in Webflow.

Can someone explain how to perform these actions within Webflow?
