I’m hoping to integrate a ChatGPT chatbot into my website as an AI assistant to answer our customers’ questions. Is there a basic way to do this such as via a HTML embed? I’m also open to other AI chatbots if the integration is somewhat simple.

You would need to use a third-party integration to protect your API keys. Not sure how you are going to control access/use.

There are lots of chatbot solutions currently: widgets, standalone chats, automation systems. Let me sugges checking out our Webflow Chatbot. If you have ever used widgets on Webflow, it will be super easy just as you request.
Also, you can train it by files, URLs, or FAQs which is all understandable for any user.
