In designer i can see background on phone not

Hi. So i never actually got an answer from the community before. Hopefully this time someone helps out, or i’ll have to use reddit lol.

So basically my issue is this. In designer, i can see background on my section clearly. But when i publish and check my page on phone, it doesnt show up on that part, only under it. What is the issue? It’s only for the mobile portrait issue. On every other device it works fine.

So this is how it is in designer, and how it is on the mobile, dark and not the same.
