How Would You Create "Apple" Sticky Div with Interactions?

Hello,
How would you create an effect like on Apple Studio Display landing page, natively in Webflow?
I want to create something similar, yet much simpler of course;

  1. The user scrolls down a static page.
  2. A new, full-screen div appears and sticks to the top of the page.
  3. When the user scrolls, an interaction (animation) plays inside the full-screen div, while scrolling.
  4. When interaction is completed, the full-screen div gets static (“un-sticks”) and the user can keep scrolling down the page.
