How to variable size the spacing between my collection list pillbox-filter options?

Hello,

On my website I have a pill box filter where users can filter our products based on their interests. I used F’insweet’s custom code and tutorial to make this. The problem I’m having is the spacing between each pill box is too large, I want them to be nested tightly next to each other. No clue how to fix this, hope someone can offer advise.

Step 2: Change ‘Collection item’ Display=inline and add a bit of margin on the right side
