How to stop zoom out issue in mobile breakpoint

Hey everyone!
I’m able to zoom out my website in the mobile breakpoint. How do I fix that?
And another issue is how do I prevent the changes in link settings made on desktop to not come on mobile?
Any help would be highly appreciated!

I’ve got the same problem, but not on all pages, just on the Home Page and the About Page.
