I have a Hero Section with two columns. On the left column, I have the textual content, on the right I have the Image. I want to give that Image a background effect (like a glowing blue color behind the image) but I am struggling with positioning those two items. This is a screenshot of the design in Figma to see how I want it to look like:
I already made a background div element with a color I want to use. I need help with positioning and responsiveness.
