How to make hero image scroll up on page scroll

I’m trying to create the effect of this website.

I like how the hero image scrolls a bit faster than the actual scroll, revealing more of the image that’s hidden behind the next section.

I’m sure this is a basic task but I’ve been messing around with the animations and can’t quite figure it out and can’t find a youtube video on how to do this.
