How to make a line break in CMS?

Hi! I faced seems to be with a simple problem, but nonetheless.

In General, I need a line break in the h1 and short description of the article
CMS field does not respond to pressing Shift Enter

What to do? I need the text to be in the designated rectangle. Changing the width has a bad effect on the flexibility of the site on different screens. Can you help?

Have you tried just making a div that’s with background color (whatever you want), and like 2px in width or height?
