How to limit the number of items displayed in collection list?

The dropdown to limit the number of items displayed is missing in the settings.

Hello.
There is a setting to do this. Go to ‘elements settings’ (collection list) then ‘limit items’. Here you can choose the number of items to be shown.

That drop down option is missing from my settings. Is this a higher subscription only option?
