How to Flushing something to the bottom of the page? [SOLVED]

I trying to figure how can I flashing something to the bottom of the page. Whenever I want to resize the screen. The image and services section will stay flush to the bottom of the page.

I was on iMac so my screen very big but when my screen is on MacBook that section scroll down to the bottom but you can still see the white space.
