How to edit a style guide based style?

Hi All,

I’m just starting out with webflow and I’m basing a site on a template that comes with a style guide page. The instructions say that If I edit the style guide page then all the other pages should update to the style guide… however that doesn’t seem to be happening? I can see that for example I’ve got a colour block in the style guide called say Neutral 900, if I edit the colour for that block it only updates the style guide page?

Maybe I’m missing something fundamental?

In Webflow, element styles customized and shared through classes. Any elements that you edit on the Style Guide page will affect other elements that use those same classes.

This will help you understand how that works.
