I want to change menu icon color on click and after closing the menu it will turn back to its original color, so can anyone help me out that how can we do this???

You need to use the Navbar open/close interaction to do that.
When you choose the Navbar element, and go to the interactions panel, you get the option to add an open/close interaction:
