How to Change Button States and Revisit Logic

Hey All, I’m hoping I can get some help while I’m on my google travels. I’m needing to know if it’s possible in Webflow to:

  1. Not allow a button to be clickable unless another button has been clicked (think states in other programs)
  2. If a user/visitor has clicked on a card, is it possible to allow that card to be “ticked” when they return to that page?
