How do I ungroup blocks?

Above my footer, there are these link blocks that I made separate symbols with. I plan on making them my social media links. When I want to make it switch the color when I hover on it, it does the same for every other one. Please help!

Give them combo classes, so any changes regarding styles will only apply to those who have the exact combination of classes.
