How do I make a Text overlay?

Hello together,

I want to make a text effect like this: https://www.designdisruptors.com/

How can I do this in Webflow?

I know that I have to Add a GIF as background image, the put black on top of it with 50% Opacity but what settings do I have to make with the text?

To make things clear… I want to make the Text like “DESIGN DISRUPTORS” in the Hero Image of the website.

Design Disruptors is a SVG graphic (vector graphic). That graphic has the black opacity and specific cuts to make the text have less opacity than the rest of the graphic. I don’t believe you could accomplish this with text alone and would need to do a similar approach with a graphic. Maybe others have ideas on how you can do this with only using text/backgrounds.
