How do I build my own Mobile Nav

Hello, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to create my OWN mobile nav bar. I am trying to make it so the little hamburger icon opens and closes when i click it AND it shows all the same links as it does on desktop, but only on tablets, etc. How do i do this properly, please give me a step by step. Thank you!

If you do a custom navbar, you can have your navbar links inside a symbol, and use this symbol several times in your navbar structure.
