How can i stop bg scrolling when modal is open?

Disable Scroll when Fullscreen Menu is Open

Hi all, So I recently added this smooth scroll script, so I had to put all contents into a div block. Now I’m facing a problem where when the menu which is (fullscreen) still allows to scroll even though I have set its position to fixed. Any help would be much appreciated! Preventing scroll on nav open

Hi! I’ve been trying to use this code for preventing scroll once my nav is open. I have the same button for menu open and close. The scroll is correctly disabled when I change the class name of the second ‘menu’. But the scroll isn’t activated when the menu is closed. It doesn’t work at all if both the class names are the same (as shown in the above code). Can anyone help?
