How can I customize div block in order to create this design?

Hi !
I would like to know if it’s possible to create designs such as the attached image.

I already played with radius & transform (which works when I only have a corner of the hand to round), but I don’t know how to do it when I have many curves…

So if this is possible, how do you think it could work?

This is likely to be created with full width SVG or png images.

Create the white curves in a vector editor such as Illustrator or Affinity and add them either as an image or div background.

I’ve just done it recently on a project:
Highlighted area is the SVG image
