HOW: ALT tag / little tooltip on hover?

I’m wanting to add an on rollover of image / link box to let the user know that clicking on this logo will take you back to the home page.

For the life of me i can’t find the right help file to allow me to do this, any tips or links would be appreciated :wink: thxs

ADD = TITLE
VALUE = What you want it to show

Not all browsers will display the title attribute on hover
