Horizontal scrolling bugs

Hi Webflowers,

I’ve made this horizontal scrolling hero section but can’t seem to (01) get rid of the border between the images; (02) start the scrolling earlier (seems super delayed, I followed the Webflow lesson to the T, not sure what is wrong here, maybe another element?); and (03) create this opposite parallax text effect over the top:
