Help with very basic hover interaction

Hi on my front page I have a dynamic list with a series of links to my projects. Right now when you hover over a thumbnail the text appears and everything drops its opacity.
I would like it so that when you hover over it drops the opacity of just the thumbnail and that my project title appears with 100% opacity.

Its the way you have lined up your elements in the navigator and the fact that Limit to nested elements is not checked.
