Hi all, I was hoping that someone could help me out here. I am creating a site that has the same form on multiple pages, within this form there are several locations. When the user selects NJ I need this form to be sent to jersey location.
I have the form working well on the homepage, but the other forms fail the test in logic, even though the forms are named differently on all pages.
What am I doing wrong?
I included the read-only and a screenshot of the error I get when I test the forms in logic.
