Help with adding Cloud9Carousel Jquery slider

Hello. I am relatively new to Webflow and was wondering how I would go about adding this carousel slider - Cloud 9 Carousel: JS / HTML5 / CSS3

It would be great if someone could help me understand how the custom code works as I get inserting certain bits of code into the before and before but how do you call the function within the Designer?
