Help! the text is constrained

Hey!

I’m trying to figure out why the text box is constrained on the bottom paragraph and it doesn’t look like the top paragraph. I set both Max W and Max H to none. I checked both values of the text box and they are the same. Please let me know what is my error as I want both text box to align evenly.
