Help needed with hover of link block

Hi, can anyone please help me.

I have a link block ( text block and another div as the bottom border).

How can I apply a hover state to this block so both the text block and the bottom border change color at the same time?

Don’t use a div to create the underline.
A quick fix is to use a bottom border instead.

Thanks for your quick reply. The only thing is that I want the border to have less width underneath of the menu text.
