Hey there,
I am using Webflow as my website designer for my university project for a portfolio and this is my first test website I have used a practise.
For my final website I want the navbar to be at the top and when you scroll for a progress bar to be shown. I have seen the progress bar tutorial but want the progress to be shown as filling up the nabber at the top. So if it was a white navbar with black i would want it to progress fill up blue with white text when the blue touches it.
