Headings no longer seem to be wrapping when placed in containers / div blocks / etc

For some unknown reason, Header Blocks dropped into containers or div blocks are no longer automatically wrapping. I have tried everything from rebooting my computer to using someone else’s computer. This behavior is holding true for even default blocks (no special CSS added).

This has been driving me bananas for several hours. I’m hoping someone can tell me what the @#$% is going on.
