Grid Issues - 3 columns won't go down to 2 On Mobile

Hello,

On my Alumni page, I have a grid that is 3 columns (scroll down a bit). For tablet and smaller screens, I want that to be 2 columns, but when i Edit Grid and delete one of the columns, nothing happens…it just remains 3 columns. What am I doing wrong here?

Appreciate the help!

I am having the same issue. I am replying so I get notified (hopefully) if someone responds to you.

@rhami BTW…, your site looks great!

Your problem is due to your areas. Even though you reduce the size of the grid, some of your areas still have a setting to start and finish on column #3, which is making that column persistent

Please create a new post and tag me in there so I can have a look. Even though the outcome might be similar, the cause for your problems might be different

Thanks Jean! Can you elaborate how to fix it? I’m fairly new to this Grid stuff

You got yourself in a pretty bad spot right now. I wouldn’t be using areas for this particular case but oh well. If you want to fix things , you’ll need to select each single area that starts/finishes on columns 3 or 4 and adjust its settings so it won’t use any column other than 1 and 2.

However, if I were you , I would just recreate the grid from scratch without using areas, which would be much easier in my opinion.
