Grid is causing mobile app view to overlap

Hello, I am working on my portfolio and my mobile view isn’t working how I want. The grid I am using overlaps each other and is out of order. I tried changing the position to manual but it still doesn’t work. Can someone give me solutions or fix the site for me?
