Glitchy Scroll Animation

Hello, I have set up a simple page scroll animation to fade a logo in and out when scrolled. This animation works perfectly as designed in the admin but when published causes a flickering effect as something else keeps resetting the opacity to 100%.

The element is set with a class that gives it 0% opacity and I am wanting it to animate to 100% at the 4% of page scroll.

There is no other code or interactions modifying the opacity of this element. Any troubleshooting suggestions would be much appreciated!

Figured this out. I had also added an element scroll animation and deleted it after I built this. But it seems that having them both linked to the same element created a conflict even after I deleted the Element rules. So to fix, I just had to delete and rebuild the animation above.
