Free file download (.zip folder) on Webflow site

Hey crew,

I’m trying to offer free file downloads on my webflow site. Files are .zip folder which can’t be uploaded to the webflow file library as far as I’m aware.

I need some help making this happen within webflow, or within integrated apps such as mail chimp or zapier (I want to stay away with unnecessary added complexity or price with apps such as foxy.io or others).

Is there a simple solution, or am I out of luck waiting for digital downloads withing webflow natively? Thanks!

Sure. Host the zip files on a server or CDN you can control. You can’t host the downloads with Webflow.

I’m looking at doing something similar (allow downloads of .zip files), but would like to include the ability to track who downloads what files, similar to tracking an order. Has anyone used Webflow in this manner?

Happy Friday! I’m super late to this thread, so dropping a comment for future readers.

I had the same issue and couldn’t find any simple, Webflow-specific tutorials. So I made my own! The video is just 2min 47 seconds long.
