My site has been live for over a month and the forms have been capturing first name, last name, and email; however, suddenly none of the forms are displaying the name and email address in the no-reply email that goes to my client. I can see the data is collected on the Webflow backend in the Forms tab, but it is not including this data in the email.
I haven’t changed anything and it was working fine before… what gives?
Check your site-wide form settings page.
Most likely you’ve put something into the body of the email notification but haven’t used the { macros } that embed the form data.
Wow, yep the {{formData}} was missing. Thanks for pointing this out for me. I wish it was a bit more obvious that needed to be included. Placeholder text in the box is a little unclear.
