Forms and My site

Hello, I’d like to add a form to my website two fields one for name and the other for email. I’d like it to go on the homepage here… I’d like to remove the white box and just have some text with the form and one button. I’d also like to have the email and name link with my mailchimp to sync with my audience there. Can someone help me with this? Screen Shot 2020-09-19 at 10.14.14 AM|690x339

Here is my site Read-Only: Webflow - Ashley Janelle

hi  i can help with this part

This is fairly simple, but does require something like Zapier or Integromat. If you’re unfamiliar with these tools Zapier is the easier of the two to get started with.

Here’s how to make it happen!

  1. Setup a native form in Webflow as you’ve described
  2. Publish your site, fill out and submit the form with some test data
  3. Set yourself up with a Zapier account
  4. Create a new Zap
  5. Search for “Webflow” and use the “Form Submission” trigger (you’ll need to link your Webflow account, just follow the prompts)
  6. Walk through the setup and make sure you see the test info you submitted in step 2
  7. Create a new Zap step
  8. Search for “MailChimp” (again, you’ll need to link MailChimp to Zapier, follow the prompts)
  9. Add the email address submitted and triggered in your first step, as a new subscriber to your MailChimp account
  10. Turn on the Zap

Done!

No go back to your published Webflow site, fill out the form, flip over to your MailChimp account and… et voila!

Sounds easier said than done  is there a way without Zapier? I’m already have a form that integrates with mail chip on my site so I might be able to use that. Is this something you can help with?

I’m a bit confused, you said you had a problem of…

But then you mention already having the solution in place…

I’m not clear on what your actual problem is :grinning:

I need my homepage edited. Is this something you can help with?
