Formatting works in Landscape but not Portrait

Right now I’m struggling for the hamburger menu and our brand logo to show up on my white navbar in mobile. I’m able to have it show up when you view it from the mobile landscape mode but not portrait.

I’ve added my old blue header below the white one to see if I could notice a difference in code. Maybe you’re able to notice a difference.

What am I doing wrong here?

Don’t worry about this now - I’ve resolved the issue by just bringing in a new element for the navigation bar and reformatting it. No sense in trying to recreate the wheel, I just modified the existing navbar to make it work!
